Grammy award winning singer, Burna Boy has taken a swipe at his colleague, Burna Boy.
Burna who has been exchanging words with Wizkid’s fanbase has tackled them once again.
Burna Boy had taken to his Twitter page to praise his album.
He noted the several achievements his album, African Giant has recorded over the years.
A fan of Wizkid tackled the singer and he responded.

Burna Boy: Lol bruh. You tagged me. I corrected you. Idgaf I’m not Wizkid. Lol”
Another Wizkid fan slammed Burna.
He tweeted, “There is no correction….you don’t have the most certified African album. Yousouf ndour’s has that record. And you don’t also have the best selling African album worldwide. Wizkid has it. Rest @burnaboy”.
Clapping back, Burna Boy stated that if he wasn’t friends with Wizkid, he would have banged his face on sight so his Twitter jokers wouldn’t realise he is not Davido.
However, he wouldn’t do such because he was better and matured.
“If he wasn’t my guy. Then I would definitely have banged him in the face on sight just so his Twitter jokers realize I’m not Davido. But Alhamdulilah I know better and I’m matured enough to know he’s NOT YOU”.
Kemi Filani news recalls following a video of Nigerian playwright, Wole Soyinka, speaking on the removal of History from the curriculum of Nigerian schools, Burna Boy had blasted Wizkid’s fan club members for behaving like ‘idiots’.
In a viral video, Wole Soyinka expressed his disappointment that History as a subject was no longer taught in Nigerian schools.
Relating the video to his earlier comment about history, Burna Boy blasted Wizkid fan club members for not being smart enough to understand the advantages of ensuring that History was taught in schools.
Burna wrote:
…. I said this same thing a while ago but Wizkid Delusional Twitter fc said I was lying. Maybe if your true history was taught in your schools Wizkid would have a smarter Twitter FC instead of idiots like this”.
Recall that Wizkid had set the internet on fire as he declared his love for Davido.
Wizkid during his performance on stage at 2022 Afronation in Portugal revealed how anytime he links up with a particular person, he is always preaching about unity.
Putting the words to life, Wizkid shocked many as he declared his love for both Burna Boy and Davido.
This divided the internet as many know that Wizkid and Davido haven’t had a strong friendship over the years.
Wizkid keeps going on and off with Davido, unlike his stable friendship with Burna Boy as they were recently spotted together at a club with Naomi Campbell.

Interestingly, Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy are headliners for this year’s Afronation which is taking place in Algrave, Portimao, Portugal from the 1st of July to the 3rd of July. American singers, Chris Brown and Megan Thee Stallion as well as Nigerian music duo, Psquare are set to perform.
