In the spirit of love, Nollywood actor, Chidi Mokeme has spoken out on his feelings for his colleague, Chioma Akpotha.
The actor boldly stated that he can’t help the way he loves and adores Chioma and he has no explanation to make.
Making a special announcement, he announced that he and Chioma had decided to come out of the closet as he pleaded with his fans to respect their privacy at the time. He added that all they need is their support.

He said in the video, “Hello friends and family, I have an important announcement to bring to you. I don’t think I can keep it a secret anymore. A pregnancy cannot be kept hidden for so long. So for some time now, Chioma and I have had something going and we have kept it away from you guys until we are ready to bring it to you. We have found favor in each other’s eyes and as such we think that we have a lot in common and we have decided to share our time together and now we bring you the good news of a union that has been made from heaven. While marking Ini Edo’s birthday months back, Chidi Mokeme left many drooling as he shared photos of them loved up, as he noted the similarity between their photos and pre-wedding photos.
Praying for her, he stated that he couldn’t wait for the world to see what she had to unfold.
Recall that Chidi Mokeme had opened up on why he took a break from the movie industry, revealing that he was battling Bell’s Palsy.
Likening the infection to a stroke, Chidi revealed that it affected one side of his face, and as an actor, he couldn’t make a public appearance.
To worsen things, doctors said the infection was incurable and didn’t have treatment.
