Nollywood actor Chinedu Ikedieze has been left excited after taking his son to church for dedication.
Kemi Filani reported in July that Chinedu Ikedieze and his wife had welcomed their first child, a baby boy. The beloved actor made the good news known on his Instagram page with a maternity shoot of his wife and a photo of his newborn’s leg.
4 months after his birth, the actor and his wife have finally dedicated him to God. Chinedu, via his Instagram page, shared a video of the dedication, which had in attendance his colleague and best friend, Osita Iheme.
“My son, Master Chidubem Ivan Chinedu Ikedieze has gone to church. He has been dedicated to the altar of the most high God.

Many of his fans took to his comment section to congratulate him.
Chinedu isn’t the only one dedicating his child this month. A few weeks back, actress Nuella Njubigbo, who welcomed her second child, a baby boy last year, finally unveiled him to the world as she dedicated him to God. Taking to her Instagram page, she shared a video of the dedication ceremony as she revealed that she prayed to God and He answered.
In October, actress Ekene Umenwa, who welcomed her first child in September, had dedicated him to Mother Mary. The movie star, who welcomed her child in the US, stated that she had to dedicate her son before entering her father’s house.
In other news, in July, Chinedu Ikedieze celebrated his wife and soulmate as she marked her birthday. In a lengthy post on his Instagram page, he stated that he wasn’t only celebrating her birthday but the incredible journey they’ve been on together. He stated that watching her embrace motherhood with such grace and strength filled him with awe, as she is the heart of the family and the rock they all lean on.
