Joining the list of house owners in 2023 is Award-winning Nigerian singer, Chukwuka Ekweani better known as Ckay, who just acquired his first house.
The ‘Love Nwatiti’ crooner took to his Instagram page to share the good news accompanied by a side-by-side photo of his old house.
Expressing gratitude, he noted how he has come a long way.
“Came a really long way. Grateful. Hallelujah out on Friday”.
Paul Okoye acquires new house
Kemi Filani reported last month that Paul Okoye alias Rudeboy had splashed millions on a luxury home in Atlanta, USA.
The singer took to his Instagram story and page to share photos from his new house.
Captioning the photos of his new house, Paul Okoye revealed that he is living in millions.

Hours after his new house announcement, his twin brother, Peter Okoye, while congratulating Paul revealed that he was in London to acquire his fourth crib.
Throwing shade, Peter Okoye stated that people are teaching him and his brother a big lesson after the election.
“So I am here in London to acquire my 4th club abroad and my twin brother @rudeboypsquare just bought home self another crib in Atlanta! Omo! Dome people are really teaching us a big lesson after the Elections.

Spyro buys two mansions for himself and his business partner
Also on the list of homeowners this year is Spyro, who bought two houses.
The ‘Who’s Your Guy’ crooner who has received widespread fame especially after he featured Tiwa Sav@ge in hit song remix, had splashed millions on two properties.
In a post on his Instagram page, Spyro announced that he had acquired two houses for himself and his business partner.
Counting his blessings, he noted how God has been so good and kind to him.
