Nigerian businessman Cubana Chief Priest has thrown shade at Tonto Dikeh over her post about DNA tests.
Kemi Filani reported that Tonto had posed a question to Nigerians, stating that she was under the impression that women are supposed to avoid DNA tests. She questioned why men are the ones running from the test.
Though Tonto didn’t mention names, many social media users believed her post was directed at Cubana Chief Priest, who has been in an ongoing DNA battle with his alleged Kenyan baby mama.
Reacting to the shade via his Instagram story, Cubana alleged that the only crime he committed was declining a favor from Tonto. He poked fun at the actress’ failed marriage to Olakunle Churchill, as he declared that his marriage can never be like hers.
Calling her a blackmailer, he accused her of being behind the controversial anonymous blog, Gistlover.
“Remember, this accusation came first from Gistlover, and she donated 1 million to her and asked Nigerians to donate too. Make it make sense with the Gistlover allegations. I have always known it was sponsored, the same way they tried to rope me in, that my show was Mohbad’s last show that I’m a suspect. My only crime was you asking me for favors and I declined. You go chase me enter gutter. My marriage is built on a solid rock; it can never be like yours, blackmailer T, CEK Gistlover Nigeria Limited”.
Recall that in 2023, an alleged babymama of the celebrity barman had called him out for abandoning his child. An Instagram blogger, Gistlover, alleged that he had welcomed a baby with his side hen who resides in Kenya and had abandoned her.
Chief Priest debunked the reports, as he noted how he is rich enough to cater to any child he has outside of wedlock. He went on to dare the blogger to conduct a DNA test on the baby and vowed to double the expenses if the child was his.
Weighing into it, Tonto bemoaned the way other women were condemning the lady. She offered assistant to her as she promised to give her a N1million.
Early this year, Helen, in a viral video, had cried out over her struggle with homelessness. She claimed that her efforts to contact Cubana had been futile as she revealed that she had been homeless since last year. She further claimed that Chief Priest had blocked her on Instagram and WhatsApp after she contacted him about the situation.
A few weeks back, after denying having any sexual relationship with Helen, she shared an alleged screenshot of her chat with him in which she informed him of her pregnancy. Urging him to tell the world the truth, she stated that she was ready for DNA as she vowed never to keep quiet until he did the test.
