Media personality, Daddy Freeze has tackled Omowunmi, the wife of late fast-rising singer, Ileriouluwa Oladimeji Aloba better known as Mohbad.
Taking to his Instagram Live, he stated that Wunmi’s silence isn’t helping her husband’s case. He further stated that it isn’t about crying on social media but speaking out.
Daddy said Wunmi needs to tell the world what really happened with Primeboy and Mohbad’s dad. Speaking on behalf of Nigerians, he added that Nigerians are tired.
Addressing disgraced singer, Mohbad and his aide, Sam Larry, he stated that he is in support of Nigerians dragging them for bullying Mohbad but he doesn’t believe they have a hand in his death. He added that Nigerians need to apologize to them as he noted the late singer punched a Prado glass and had a cut in his hand.
Freeze concluded that he was fully in support of them conducting a DNA test for Mohbad’s son.
“The silence of Wunmi is not helping this case. It is not about doing live video to cry. She needs to tell us what really happened. Prime boy, Mohbad’s dad, what really happened? Nigerians are tired. If people want to drag Naira and Sam Larry for bully!ng, I agree but on Mohbad’s de*th, they know nothing about it. We were told that MOH punched a Prado glass and had a cut in his hand. Nigerians need to apologize to Naira Marley and Sam Larry. I used to be against The DNA but right now I support that DNA should be done”.
Days back, Omowunmi had cried out in an Instagram live, as she questioned if Nigerians were going to allow what happened to Mohbad, to happen to her and her son. She stated that she and her son are at Nigerians’ mercy as she claimed her life is been threatened daily and has been robbed of her freedom.
Calling for help, she stated that she is determined to seek justice for her husband and has refused to remain silent until the truth is revealed and accountability is served.
Speaking on her father-in-law, she said Mohbad’s father was the one who pressured her to have a child for his son as she recounted their sweet times. She questioned why her father-in-law is now trying to defame her son and further questioned if his grandson would be pleased to know of his behavior.
Following this, her late husband’s friend, Primeboy filed a petition against her, telling her the time is now for her to speak up and tell the world the truth about her husband’s death. He noted how he told her to stop mentioning his name, yet she didn’t listen.
Threatening her, he added that she would incur his wrath if she failed to tell the truth surrounding the singer’s death.
During the Coroner’s Inquest last year, Omowunmi spoke out on her late husband’s ordeal with his former label boss, Naira Marley, and how she met the embattled singer.
According to her, things took a downward spiral when Mohbad asked for a change in manager and ended up receiving threats from them, which made him unstable, and he left with zero money in his account.
She further disclosed that her husband had begun experiencing discomfort after receiving an injection administered by a nurse, which led to him vomiting.
