Renowned singer Daddy Showkey recently took to social media to to call out MTN for their subpar MiFi services, expressing his frustration on instagram.
He recounted his recent visit to the MTN office, where he lodged a complaint about the poor MiFi he purchased. The singer claimed that the MTN representatives were unresponsive and failed to address his concerns.
Venting his disappointment on his social media page, Daddy Showkey urged MTN to be transparent about their data services’ quality. He stated that if they couldn’t provide satisfactory services, they should inform the public instead of accepting payment without delivering the promised value.
Showkey further detailed his ordeal at the airport office, describing the hours he spent waiting for assistance. Despite his efforts and financial investment, he claimed that the service remained unsatisfactory, leaving him disenchanted.
Recalm thatthis isn’t the first time MTN faced criticism. Just a month ago, Daniel Regha had publicly called out not only MTN but also other Nigerian networks for prioritizing flashy advertisements over improving their network infrastructure.
