Nigerian international singer, David Adeleke, otherwise known as Davido, has bragged online about jetting off to watch Manchester City’s victory in the Premier League.
The singer was flown out of the country by PUMA, who happened to be one of the major sponsors of Manchester City and a brand Davido represents in Nigeria.
Sharing photos of himself boarding and alighting his flight on Instagram, Davido bragged about having a family like PUMA, stating they influence his unplanned decision to watch the match.
The father of three accompanied his photos with a series of tweets between himself and PUMA.
He wrote, “Why wake up and just decide to hop on a plane to go see the English champions on the day they win the league? Well, when you got family like @pumafootball , the question is, why not?”
Jubilation as Davido returns to music
Recall that there was wild jubilation on social media when Davido unveiled his new music album.
The singer, who returned officially to social media, a few days ago, put smiles on the lips of his eager fans when he made this official announcement.
Davido shared a snippet of his album as background music on the video shared on his Instagram page.
The multiple award-winning singer appreciated his fans for the show of love and support while he healed with his wife, Chioma.

Also, Davido was overwhelmed with love by the massive turn-up of his fans at his Lagos Timeless concert. The singer poured out his heart on social media while recalling how the state was held at a standstill for him.
Davido, who held the Lagos edition of his Timeless concert at the Tafawa Balewa Square Onikan, delighted hearts with tracks off his recent album and also featured his new signees and other fast-rising singers on stage.
Sharing a video of the concert on his Instagram page, the father of three appreciated his fans for the outpour of love and their unmatched energy for the concert.
Davido reciprocated the love to his fans and announced his upcoming global tour.
He wrote, “LAGOS LAST NIGHT YOU WERE TRULY TIMELESS!
“The energy was everything we could have imagined and more. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. Big love to everyone who came out.
“Y’all know we have to take this energy around the whole world. Global tour announcement coming soon!”
