Nigerian singer, David Adeleke better known as Davido has won the praises of many after he pledged to foot the medical bills of a 6 year old boy who was born crippled.
The young lad identified as Segun was born with a condition that doesn’t allow him walk.
His condition was brought to public view by humanitarian, Tola Awosika who made it his top priority to help him seek funds.
He revealed that Segun would have to undergo 6 different procedures in Ondo state hospital before he can walk.
In the process of soliciting for funds, he learnt about Davido’s charitable deeds where he promised to disburse 20million to 20 people.
Tayo reached out to the singer who was touched about his story.
Davido pledge to donate a million naira out of the 1.7 million needed for his operation.
Davido took to his Instagram story to repost a screenshot of his chat with Tayo and his statement on it.
“When I saw my brother @davido wants to give 20m to 20 people on Friday. I said to him. This boy has to be the first person you invest in @davido thank you for your 1m donation to @tolaawosikahfdn for segun. We will start tomorrow. I will give everyone update”.

Following the current economic situation in Nigeria, sensational singer Davido Adeleke popularly called Davido has unveiled plans to put smiles on the face of some Nigerians.
In a post shared on the microblogging platform Twitter, Davido affirmed that the country is currently hard and would be giving out twenty million to twenty people on Friday 18th March 2022.
Davido urged fans and followers to send their business ideas and start-up ideas.
