Nigeria Afrobeat singer, David Adeleke better known as Davido has revealed why he dresses like a homeless to the studio.
Taking to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter now known as X, Davido revealed that whenever he dresses like a homeless man to the studio, his fans should be rest assured that he is leaving with a Classic song.
He tweeted, “Once I dress like a homeless man to the studio just know I’m leaving with a CLASSIC”.

The singer, made his comeback to the music industry after taking a break following his son’s death, with the release of his album, Timelines which now has over a billion streams.
His new album has brought the singer more recognition and has made him a Grammy nominee. Kemi Filani reported that Timeless bagged 3 nominations for Best Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Global Music Album at the 2024 Grammy.
Speaking on his nomination, Davido affirmed that delay isn’t denial, especially since his contemporaries, Burna Boy and Wizkid have been recognized by the academy.

Atlanta had officially declared November 18th, 2023 as Davido’s Day, while Fluton County, Georgia has declared November 21st, 2023 as Davido Appreciation Day.
