Nigerian singer, Davido has elicited backlash from the public after hanging out with social media activist, Very Dark Man.
The social media activist has in the last few weeks lost the favor of many over his love for dragging celebrities and his thoughts on the ongoing Mohbad case. VDM even went as far as dragging Iyabo Ojo, who is one of the few celebrities demanding justice for the late singer.
Seeing Davido hanging out with him, has left many appalled especially when he described both of them as freedom fighters.

It isn’t surprising for Davido to hang out with Very Dark Man as he has stood up for him countless times.
When reports made rounds that Davido had sent his bodyguards to bully businessman, Abu Salami in Abuja for reneging his contract, VDM stood up for him.
Though he admitted that the bodyguards in the video belonged to Davido, he however doesn’t believe the report that the guards killed a man, as there was no evidence to back it up.
VDM noted how people love to fuel bad news about the singer and how the entertainment industry especially in Lagos, was filled with envy and jealousy.
Recall that Very Dark Man had sent a message to his haters after Davido followed him on Instagram.
The Tiktoker made them know that their opinion of him doesn’t matter anymore as long as he is recognized by Davido, whom he crowns, as the number one Afrobeat artiste in the world.
He went on to share a screenshot of Davido singing his praises.
