American model, actress and radio personality, Mya Yafai has confirmed her break up with popular Nigerian singer, Davido.
The former love birds had a whirlwind romance that Nigerians didn’t allow to blossom.
Following his breakup with his ex-fiancee, Chioma Rowland, Davido moved on swiftly to date Mya Yafai.
Their relationship became public when Mya was spotted holding hands with the singer during his trip to the Caribbeans for holiday.
It was also alleged that the model had spent the festive period with the singer and his crew members.
Nigerians stood up for Chioma and filthy dragged both Mya and Davido.
Following the several backlashes and trolling they got, the love birds decided to end things between them and unfollowed each other on social media.
Mya who became less active on social media recently had an Instagram live session with her fans and many queried her about her high profile romance with the singer.
A fan had spoken out about her breakup with the singer and the model confirmed it.
She could be heard saying, “Yeah I think I’ll go with bullsh*t” and she smiled.
Meanwhile, Davido is believed to have patched things up with Chioma.
The ex-love birds have been spending quality time together and have been attending family events together.
Davido has become more active on Chioma’s Instagram page by liking and commenting on her photos and videos.
Kemi Filani news recalls that a video surfaced online of Davido whispering Chioma’s name to Eniola Badmus.
The two who were among the VIP guests at E- Money’s birthday had some bonding moment and Davido could be heard telling her that Chioma was coming.
He whispered: “Chioma dey come”, to Eniola.
A week back, the ‘Jowo’ singer attended the wedding of Chioma’s elder sister where he was seen entertaining the guests with his energetic performance.
This is the second time the parents of Ifeanyi were spotted together as Chioma had earlier attended the Adelekes’ family event where she sat close to the singer.
It seems the love birds are keeping their relationship under wraps.
