Nollywood actress Dayo Amusa has threatened to make a scapegoat of a content creator who alleged that she is HIV positive.
The movie star, via her Instagram page, noted how a few years ago, she did an HIV test, which came out negative and posted it online to encourage fans to get theirs done. A few days back, a content creator posted it on his page that she HIV positive.
Amusa stated that by now, the content creator would be going through a lot because she wouldn’t let it slide. The famous Yoruba actress questioned why content creators and bloggers are fond of posting unverified information.
She noted how she has family and friends who had read all these lies and promised to make him a scapegoat to serve as a lesson to others.
“A few years ago, I did an HIV test, which came out negative, and I posted it to encourage my fans to get theirs done. Some days ago, a content creator(second slide) posted it on his page that I am HIV positive. By now, he knows what he is going through because I will not let this slide. Why do content creators and bloggers post unverified information? I have families and friends who read all these lies. He will be my scapegoat and serve as a lesson to others. I am not HIV Positive”.

He noted how he had been labelled several names, from Anorexic to Malnourished and even HIV positive, and now he was adding weight, and it was so beautiful for him to see.
Some years back, Uche Ogbodo, while going down memory lane, recounted how people accused her of being HIV positive because she was battling undisclosed Illness.
In different news, some years back, Amusa disclosed why she stayed in an abusive relationship that almost ruined her life. She revealed that it was hard to leave, as she was used to being a fixer, but eventually, she saved her life.
