A day before her birthday, Destiny Etiko had issued a public service announcement, informing the public that she was tired of presents. She told anyone planning to surprise her with gifts to monetise it(giving her cash or credit alert).
Following this, the Asaba actress received a credit alert of N1 million from one of her brand’s bosses. Expressing gratitude to him, Etiko noted how he has shown her nothing but love and hasn’t stopped surprising her for working with his brand. Appreciating him, Destiny noted how her birthday hadn’t even started, and she was already receiving gifts.
For her birthday last year, Destiny Etiko also received a cash gift of N2 million from one of her brand’s founders. Sharing a screenshot of the alert, an overwhelmed Destiny expressed gratitude to the brand’s boss.
In other news, Destiny reflected on her humble beginnings, revealing that she wasn’t earning up to N100k when she started acting, but today, the reverse is the case. Destiny stated that the passion she has for her job, which still overwhelms her, was what made her not give up.
