Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko and others have reacted to music star, Wizkid’s ongoing attack on his colleague, Davido.
On Monday night, Wizkid, while announcing the release of his first single for the Year, threw shots at Davido after an X user queried if he couldn’t sell a song without dissing him. He made it known that he doesn’t beef with wack niggas as he described Davido as a man with no talent. Giving him a new name, he called Davido Frigodo.
Not ending there, in another tweet, he stated that it wouldn’t be well with Davido and his feelings after a fan expressed concern for Davido’s feelings.
Reacting to his social media tantrums, Destiny Etiko questioned if his phone wasn’t stolen.
“Are you guys sure his phone wasn’t stolen?”.
Yomi Casual’s wife, Grace Makun, noted how Davido’s friend, Tunde Ednut, has constantly triggered Wizkid, yet he kept quiet, and now he is unleashing his fury.
“Tunde, you have constantly triggered him over and over again. He kept quiet all this while. Even, you too, have not rested since morning. This night go long”.
Sarah Martins stated that it was obvious Wizkid was pained because Davido is a rich kid. She questioned if Davido was the one who told his father not to hustle.
“It’s obvious he is pained cos Davido is a rich kid. Na Adeleke tell your papa make he no hustle? Why are you so pained??
Wizzy grow up!!”.
Media personality, Do2dtun had also weighed into it. He described their beef as one of the longest rivalries in the history of Nigerian entertainment as he expressed how tired he was of their continuous beef.
The relationship between, Davido and Wizkid have been rocking over the years. It was assumed that the music stars had reconciled after Wizkid declared his interest to go on tour with Davido two years back after he lost his son. Unfortunately, we wre wrong as in April, Wizkid threw the first shot at Davido and the two tore at each other, with Davido accusing Wizkid of domestically abusing his girlfriend and baby mama, Jada Pollock, while Wizkid taunted him for begging for s#x from one of his multiple side chicks.
