On Air Personality, Dotun otherwise known as Do2dtun has reacted to his colleague, Buchi finally gaining access to his kids from his former in-laws.
Kemi Filani reported that for months now, Buchi has been dragging his estranged wife’s family for denying access to his kids. The comedian and his estranged wife parted ways in 2021 and since their separation, the couple have been embroiled in custody battle.
However, on Monday night, he updated the public on it and revealed that he had gotten access to his kids. He surprised many when he penned a note to his former in-laws for granting him access to his kids.
Do2dtun, who is in a similar situation, took to his comment section to rejoice with him. He expressed how happy he was for the comedian while giving glory to God.
However, he is still on his journey and believes his ex-wife’s family thinks his silence means they’ve won.
He likened them to principalities and powers and told them to eat the children and be satisfied.
“We thank God and I am happy for you. I am still on my journey. My own na real principalities and powers wey no reach God own. I love the fact they think my silence means they’ve won. I just dey start. Make them eat the children and I hope e go belle full them. Using kids as weapons shows you don’t love the kids”.
Replying to him, Buchi sent love and strength to Do2dtun.
Refreshing your memory, for over two weeks, Do2dtun had dragged out his ex-wife and her family for denying him access to their children, with videos and evidence to support his claims.
He gave a 24-hour ultimatum to his ex-wife’s family, which they neglected and without resolution, he conducted an emotional interview with Daddy Freeze in which he tearfully pleaded for access to his children.
His wife eventually released a statement, promising to grant him access to the kids.
Unfortunately, her words were all lies as Do2dtun revealed that his daughters had been flown abroad for months without his knowledge.
Expressing heartbreak, he cried out over how Nigeria’s system had failed him.
To make matters worse, a Court in Abuja restrained him from posting defamatory posts against his ex-wife’s brother and singer, D’banj, on social media or any other platform.
The court had also ordered the Deputy Inspector of Police, Force Intelligence Bureau, to investigate a criminal complaint brought by D’banj against Do2dtun within two weeks and report back to court.
Reacting to it, Do2dtun stated that the singer was using a power game over him as he knew nothing he had said publicly was false.
Recall that Do2dtun’s wife, Omotayo, who is the younger sister of Dbanj, filed for divorce from him after almost 9 years of marriage over forced abortion, domestic violence, and emotional abuse.
