Nigerian physician and politician, Adedoyin Ajibike Okupe better known as Dr Doyin Okupe, has given Nollywood actress, Kemi Afolabi Adesipe hope over her incurable ailment.
Kemi Filani recalls that during a recent interview with Chude Jideonwo, Kemi Afolabi opened up on her health challenges, she disclosed that she battles Lupus, which is an incurable ailment.
She stated that she was told by the doctors to surround herself with the people she loves becasue she had just five years left to live.
Reacting to it, Dr Okupe in an open letter addressed to the thespian, assured the actress that she can still live above that years.
Admitting that Lupus is incurable, he however stated that it is untrue for the actress to have limited years to live.
“My dear Kemi, I read about your affliction with Lupus with much compassion. I was, however, saddened by your announcement that doctors told you that you have about five years to live. This is untrue. It is a lie of the devil”.
He added that there are several cases of complete remissions from the incurable ailment.

Iyabo Ojo expressed displeasure over how her colleague, Kemi Afolabi Adesipe kept mute over her battle with Lupus.
Taking to her Instagram page, Iyabo celebrated her and made her know that she is loved by all.
Rejecting the doctor’s report, she prayed that no evil behalf her.
Iyabo apologized for not keeping up with her as she knew nothing and heard nothing.
Expressing her sadness over the issue, she avowed that she has faith in God that all will work out well.
“I celebrate you today my dear and I reject the doctors report concerning your life….
So sorry, haven’t kept in touch with you, I knew nothing & heard nothing…
My heart is really heavy with his sad news but I have faith that God will work his miracle in your life….he will not fail you
I have called & left you a voice note and I will continue to encourage you & stand with you both in the open and closet….Love you girl
