Nigerian singer Charles Enebeli, better known as D’Prince, is ending the month by changing his health lifestyle.
Taking to his Twitter page on Friday night, he announced that he is changing his healthy lifestyle by becoming Vegan. According to him, the sudden change protects his health, mind and future.
The singer admonished Nigerians to follow in his footsteps by saving themselves, healing their bodies, and unlocking their potential. He noted that being vegan requires 100% commitment.
D’Prince explained that health is the first revolution, and without a strong body and clear mind, one can’t fight for a better society. Don Jazzy’s brother noted that we live in a world where overly processed, chemical-laced food is everywhere. He further noted that such foods are cheap, fast, addictive, and slowly destroying people.
He added that what we eat isn’t about the body but about focus, sleep, mood, memory, and even ambition.

Without strong bodies and clear minds, how can we truly fight for a better society?
