Nollywood actress, Empress Njamah has been left overwhelmed with love following the standing ovation she received at a recent event in Europe.
The best friend of late Ada Ameh had attended the Nollywood Europe Golden Awards, where she bagged an award for being a good ambassador of the body.
In a video posted to her Instagram page, Empress received a standing ovation from the crowd, who kept cheering on her.
Expressing gratitude, Empress noted how God’s plan is always the best.
“Been overwhelming since I got into Europe. Who I be wey una celebrate me like this? Daily hosting and so much love.

Empress Njamah cries out over blackmail from ex-fiance
In December, Empress Njamah had cried out after her former fiance, Josh Wade blackmailed her.
The movie star had posted a video on her verified Instagram page hinting at being engaged. She later claimed she made the post under duress as she was being blackmailed by a man who got into her life when she was vulnerable.
Narrating her ordeal, she called on the Nigerian police to help in tracking her blackmailer who she claimed had access to her private videos and also made away with her values worth millions of naira.
Things escalated between the two and Josh Wade had released her nudes and carted away her valuables.
Reliving her ordeal in a series of posts on her Instagram pages, the actress, who had gotten back her Instagram page, recounted the emotionally draining experience.
She revealed that putting his picture on social media allowed many victims to speak out. Though he is on the run, the police are toiling day and night to bring him to book.
Empress Njamah disclosed that he ran away with her car, international passport, 3 phones, valuables worth millions, and more.
Luck smiled on Empress as her ex-fiance met his Waterloo this year, as the law finally cut up on him.

Despite losing her entire savings, car, international passport, and other valuables, she is still grateful that she didn’t lose her life.
