Nollywood actress Eve Esin has given an update on her issue with the popular airline, Airpeace.
Kemi Filani reported on Wednesday that the movie star had called out the popular airline for cancelling her flight without reason after booking a business-class ticket. She revealed that she came to Abuja for an appointment and was supposed to be in Asaba to start a job but was left stuck at the airport.
She stated that she tried to get an agent in the airport to check if she could get another flight, but they told her all the flights were booked, except they helped her get a black market. A livid Eve told the airline to get her another flight to Asaba as she noted how she doesn’t like drama.
Now, the movie star, via her Instagram page, has given an update on the incident. She appreciated the CEO, who called her at midnight to accommodate her on a new flight. She also appreciated her fans and followers, who mentioned the airline page and the CEO in her comment section.
She expressed her belief that other affected people were also sorted out as she urged Nigerians to normalise making the country work.
“With SAME ENERGY I used to call out @flyairpeace yesterday, I say a very big thank you to the CEO, The rep who called me at past midnight and the entire @flyairpeace for finding it important to accommodate me on today’s flight. I am immensely grateful.

I’m believing that other people who were affected were also sorted out. Let’s normalise making Nigeria work. Thank you”.
In July, Nkechi Blessing had called out the popular airline for rescheduling her flight. She revealed that she had a flight for 1 pm, which they shifted to 3 pm and later to 5:20 pm. Calling the airline, the useless of all, she told them to refund her money, or they would see her wrath.
Similarly, Big Brother Naija reality star Erica Nlewedim created a stir at the Lagos International Airport after British Airways downgraded her ticket from Business class to Economy, and to worsen it, she claimed they seized her luggage. She vowed to show off her madness, which she had locked for 4 years, if they didn’t rectify it.
