Award winning box office filmmaker Femi Adebayo’s wife, Aduke has called out online aunties who always come to her dm with ‘dumb advice.’
Aduke warned against their double standard narrative in advising her to keep calm, saying she will do what she did with actress Dayo Amusa a thousand times.
The food vendor made it known that her outburst a few weeks ago was to support her husband who was publicly criticized by a colleague who should have settled the issue amicablely.
She promise to keep blocking those who come to her inbox telling her on to back out of her husband’s matter with his colleagues.
“Dear online aunties, please stop coming to my dm with your double standard narrative. I’m tired of reading your numerous dumb advice… I’ll do what I did again and again if your favourite goes the same route, I wonder why you all think it’s okay for her to publicly call out a colleague ( when she could have easily put a call through) and subjected him to PUBLIC criticism but it’s not okay for his wife to PUBLICLY stand up for him.. isn’t that funny? Just stop sending those dms. I’m tired of blocking.”
Kemi Filani recalls that the drama started when actress Dayo Amusa reacted to the win of famous Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye otherwise known as Bobrisky at the movie premiere of Eniola Ajao’s Ajakaju.
Bobrisky’s success at the party sparked mixed emotions. He was announced as the best dressed female at the movie premiere to the shock and amazement of many including award winning actress Toyin Abraham.
Dayo Amusa who reacted to the declaration made a video where she expressed her displeasure at the disrespect melted on the female gender present at the premiere.
The actress called the judges and the organizers bluff stating they were wrong and not ok to have named a crossdresser the best dressed female . She claimed they should have gotten another category created to appreciate crossdressers.
However, she ended the video in a sweet note making it known to her fans that she bear no grudges with anyone but just wanted to air her opinion.
