In the first videos obtained by Kemi Filani, Tiwi could be seen putting the ring on her husband’s finger. While in another, Bimbo Ademoye and Etim Effiong could be seen on groomsmen duty.
On Friday, January 19th, Kunle and Tiwi held their traditional wedding in Lagos which had lots of celebrities in attendance.
Kemi Filani shared the first photos and videos from their traditional wedding, which had Toyin Abraham, Mofe Duncan, Deyemi Okanlawon, and Bimbo Ademoye all dressed in white Agbadas.
Despite his busy schedule, the groom had taken time out to send a message to his wife. Sharing a photo of him holding a goat with his wife kneeling in front of his wife, he stated that he humbly comes to her as a G.O.A.T (which means Greatest Of All Time), with a goat. He questioned if his wife was ready to dance.
Following the success of his traditional wedding, Kunle had made his first post. Sharing a photo of his beautiful wife, the actor declared her his own, while noting how God had said Yes to them.
A day back, the couple had peppered netizens with their loved-up video as they held a pre-wedding-like party for their inner circles. In videos posted online by Bella Naija, Kunle and his wife treated their family, friends, and loved ones to some Cocktail Things. The likes of Etim Effiong, Efe Iwara, and Mofe Duncan were among the few celebrities spotted at the event.
On New Year’s Day, the light-skinned actor broke the internet when he revealed to the world that he had officially tied the knot with his heartthrob, and shared photos of himself and his wife whom he engaged and married in 2023, accompanied by a message to his fans.
The actor further revealed that there was no proposal video while replying to a Twitter user. He stated that though he went down on his knee, which was for the culture, there was no one to record the sweet moment as it was spontaneity, and even his wife, didn’t believe him.
