Nigerian filmmaker Fred Amata has expressed his love for his ex-lover and mother of one of his kids, Ibinabo Fiberesima.
Kemi Filani reported that Ibinabo had shared photos of her and her Fred as she gushed over him. Ibinabo described him as her daughter’s father as she expressed her love for him.
In another post, she shared a photo of him and his daughter as she re-affirmed her love for him.
Taking to his comment section, Fred Amata praised her for her ever-thoughtful personality. He praised her for being caring and having a big heart and affirmed his love for her.
“Ever thoughtful, ever caring IB with your big heart. Love you too”.
Their link-up came days after Ibinabo had linked up with Agatha Amata, Fred’s ex-wife. She shared a photo of her and Agatha with Peter Okoye’s song, Winning, playing in the background with the lyrics, “I will rather congratulate you than hate you.” Ibinabo went on to praise herself and Agatha for being strong women. She hoped that they keep winning.
Recall that Fred and Agatha parted ways in 2005. Their union produced two children, Oreva (the groom) and Stephanie.
Agatha, in an interview, admitted that she was affected by her break up with Fred, even though “their marriage wasn’t working.” She noted how people still wish she reunited with her ex-husband, but she stated that no one can wish her well better than herself as she noted how she had no plans to leave her marriage when she got married. Agatha noted how an unhappy home can never breed happy children, hence, why she tries her best to co-parent and remain friends, as difficult as it may be.
Following his divorce from Agatha, he moved on with actress, Ibinabo Fiberesima. The duo who were reportedly married have a daughter together and are doing wonderfully well co-parenting. Though were speculations that they were back together, as the family appeared reunited during Omotola Jalade Ekeinde’s birthday celebration. Ibinabo debunked the rumours saying he is her baby daddy so they maintain a cordial relationship.
