Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele and singer Folarin Falana, better known as Falz, have left many talking with their chemistry.
Kemi Filani reported that Funke Akindele premiered her much-talked-about movie, Everybody Loves Jenifa, on Sunday, December 8th, and as expected, many celebrities from different industries showed their support for her.
In a video making rounds on social media, the filmmaker was captured with the singer serving hot chemistry at the movie premiere after party. In a video, Funke and Falz were seen all loved up as they posed for the camera.
In another clip, the actors were captured on stage rocking each other as they battled on the dance floor.

In October, Falz had reaffirmed his love for Funke Akindele. Sharing photos from his London show, Falz rocked his page with cozy moments between the two, as he marveled at Akindele’s show of love and support for him. He appreciated her for always leaning towards him whenever he needed her.
This came after Funke had surprised him on stage at his show and had accused him of forsaking his Jenifa love for another.
There is no doubt that Funke and Falz share a cordial bond from the on-screen relationship in the Jenifa Diary series to the upcoming Everybody Loves Jenifa movie.
Speaking on his journey with Funke, Falz described her as the most hardworking entertainer he has ever met. He revealed his Funke contacted him to feature in her Jenifa’s Diary comic series and how it was fun during the process.
Funke also spoke about her feelings for Falz. While sharing an old photo of herself and the singer, expressed how much she missed him.
Unlike Falz, who hasn’t been married, Funke has been married twice; first to Adeola Oloyede and JJC Skillz. Funke got married to Adeola Kehinde Oloyede in 2013, but they divorced in May 2016, citing irreconcilable differences.
Funke later got remarried to singer, JJC Skillz and welcomed twin boys with him, but the marriage didn’t last as the couple separated in 2023. JJC Skillz shocked the world when he announced the end of his 7-year-old union to the actress, as he admitted that the marriage had been having issues for two years, and revealed that the actress asked him to leave her house, and refused any form of amicable communication with him.
