Nollywood actress and box office Queen Funke Akindele has expressed gratitude to her millions of fans for their response to her new project.
It is no longer news that the movie star is gearing up to release another blockbuster Cinema movie, Everybody Loves Jenifa. A day back, she had shared a video of a tussle between the casts of Everybody Loves Jenifa and the casts of A Tr!be Called Judah 2, demanding from her fans, which they would love to see in Cinema in December and surprisingly, they all chose Everybody Loves Jenifa.
Now, taking to her Instagram page to share photos of the cast of Everybody Loves Jenifa, she expressed how overwhelmed she is with the love as she appreciated her fans for the incredible response.

A week back, Funke had expressed gratitude for empowering 175 crew members. Taking to her Instagram page, she shared a photo of the crew members, celebrating them for working tirelessly for nine weeks to bring her upcoming movie, Everybody Loves Jenifa to life. She stated the movie is a self-funded project, and she is honored to have empowered a team of talented individuals, with 95% of them being young people, to showcase their skills.
Funke longer is currently the Queen of Box Office after she made history in January as the first Nigerian filmmaker to gross over a billion at cinemas, with her 2023 movie, A Tr!be Called Judah, which grossed over N1.4 billion. It was no surprise to many as Funke is one of the most hardworking women in Nollywood.
