Popular Nigerian media personality, Dotun has advised Big Brother Naija fans who always fight and drag each other over their favourites to have sense as the next edition of the show begins today, Saturday July 24, 2021.
Dotun took to his verified Instagram page to sound the warning, ” Your favourite is making money and you’re shouting and fighting. You’re contributing to buy your favourite a car but you are trekking. Your favourite is travelling and you haven’t left Naija. There is another season and you still haven’t met your favourite from the last seasons. Your favourites have settled and you are still angry. Who be fool? Get sense 2021. Note: for dimwits, I’ll meet your fav before you ever do. Enjoy the show. No hard feelings. Learn to move past it. It’s just a show.”
Dotun’s advice is coming shortly after Big Brother Naija season five ex-housemates, Erica Nlewedim and Laycon Agbeleshe settled their dispute, erupting mixed reactions from their fans.
On their Instagram stories, both reality TV stars shared videos of themselves together, hanging out and obviously having fun.
The caption for the videos read, “We are good,” as a sign of settlement between both parties.
It would be recalled that Erica and Laycon started off as close buddies during the BBNaija lockdown edition.
Along the line, they had a fall out and had since been seen as enemies of one another.
The enmity spread to their fans, Elites (Erica’s fans) and Icons (Laycon’s fans), who use every opportunity to engage in verbal wars on social media.
