Big Brother Naija’s former housemate, Gifty Powers is a mum for the third time.
The reality star has welcomed her third child, a baby boy.
Announcing the arrival of her son, via her Instagram page, Gifty recounted how she would cry every night patting her son to sleep because she is proud of how far she has come.
She stated that her life journey has been a cr@zy ride, but in each of her journeys, she has come to realize that where and who she chooses today determines her tomorrow.
Gifty described motherhood as a responsibility, a challenging one at that, but she loves every bit of it and she’s still loving it and wouldn’t change a thing.

Gifty Power gets married to an American lover
Recall that years back, Gifty Powers, confirmed being married to an American.
In an interview with Sunday Scoop, Gifty, said, “I am married and the reason I still have not revealed his (husband’s) identity is that my personal life is extremely priceless and not for sale. My husband is an American and a month after we got married, he suggested that since I am a Nigerian, he would love for us to live in my country. But I declined, due to personal reasons. However, I still have my house and businesses in Lagos and Abuja. The world is deep and for one to have a long-lasting relationship, one must keep it off social media.
Also, I deliberately kept the birth of my second child a secret for two reasons. One, because I am proud of my two kids and two, I am full of surprises. Not every part of my life is meant for the media. A mother should always be able to protect her children at any cost because the world we live in is delicate. It is better to be safe than to say ‘Had I known’.”
Gifty Powers hints at Mr. 2kay not being the father of her daughter
Rumors made rounds that Mr 2kay was the father of the reality star’s daughter, a report she quickly shut down.
This said that only a mother knows the true father of her child. She stated this on Instagram as she shared a vague picture of the baby and a man as if to claim it is not Mr. 2kay.
She wrote:
“Only a mother knows the father of her baby”
I am not a baby mama”
