In a surprising development, the Musical award show, Headies organization has reacted to the recent Grammy Awards which completely snubbed all Nigerian artists who were nominated in different categories.
A Twitter personality known as One Jobless Boy had taken to his Twitter to reveal that going forward, since most Nigerians had lost out in the nominations, the HEADIES should become the go to award for Nigerians.
Reacting to this, the Headiesquoted it while putting an emoji that signifies an agreement with the statement.
Recall that earlier today, Kemi Filani had reported that Davido had lost all of his three Grammy nominations to different people. Also, Burna Boy had also lost out in all of his four Grammy nominations.
Ayra Starr, who was nominated for Best African Art, had also lost her nominations as well as other Nigerian artists who were nominated in different categories. This was a massive loss for most Nigerian artists who went to the Grammys prepared for celebration.
Earlier today, Kemi Filani had also reported that musical artist Cynthia Morgan had reacted following Davido’s Grammy loss. She revealed that as much as Davido was not her fave, a Grammy should have at least been given Davido one win for peace to reign.
