For dark and pretty Nollywood actress cum Instagram comedian, Monica Friday she’s determined to make 2020 a very successful career year.Ms Friday said although the year 2019 was tough and rough for her, she intends to buy herself a private jet this New Year.
“The past year was the most challenging year but super amazing. My old car got bad in July, I was without a personal car till 2019 December. How ever, solutions came all through my tough moments. Most importantly, my bless were uncountable. But you see this new year, 2020, I will be buying a private jet. I just have that feeling. It’s my money year. My Instagram skits, Chronicles of Ejiro was inspired by love for money. When you are content creator, you will surely make money, almost immediately, or in the nearest future.”
Listing some of her latest achievement, Monica Friday added that of recent, she has featured in a lot of high classy Nigerian movies.
“I am currently on Flatmates and Childe International (a native media tv series). I finished two movies in Asaba in , December 2019. And there is a lot in the pipeline this 2020. I produced my first film Yoruba demons in 2018 which is yet to be out.
My short film “sealed lips” was screened in 2018 and will be online soon. Plans for more movies and collaborations with other film makers is certain in 2020.I find time in between work most times, even though our job is fun on its own. I switch my phone when I can because that is where the highest distractions lies.”
