Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe has opened up on some secrets about her body and well being.
According to the mother of two, one of the thing that makes her add weight is when she is stressed out.
Speaking further on how stress affects her weight, the 43 year old said each time she is stressed, she does not watch what she eats, instead, she indulges in fizzy drinks.
In her words;
“So work has been super hectic of late and I had no time to watch what I was eating … Am I the only one who adds weight when stressed out? But … has been a life saver! What! With the way I have been craving sugar, gulping a lot of fizzy drinks”
KFN recalls that a few days ago, Mercy took to Instagram to lament bitterly about how tired she was .
According to the business guru on her Instagram page, she is tired of how everyone has turned to motivational speakers on social media.
