When you think of talented actress Queeneth Agbor, words like beautiful, outspoken and sexy comes to mind.
The Micro Biology graduate of the University of Calabar in an interview with Kemi Filani News opened up on what she does on cold lonely nights as a hot beautiful single lady.
According to her: “I have a live size teddy bear as my companion on cold lonely nights”, she said.
Sharing the traits that turns her off in a man, she answered:” I am not attracted to a man who lies, who is disrespectful. I definitely cannot be attracted to a stingy man or a man who has body odour. A man that is addicted to his phone is also a big turn off for me. A man that always plays the victim, has a nonchalant attitude, and dirty cannot get my attention”.
Asked if there is favoritism in Nollywood, the ‘Ankara by Q A’ founder said: “Favoritism? I am not sure that is the right word to use. We have more of cliques in Nollywood”.
Different women have traits that either turns them off or on in a man. For Queeneth who has starred in several movies, she is attracted to a man that can give her plenty money.
”Give me nonphysical and physical compliments. Have a good sense of humour. Have a good dress sense and smell good. Occasionally whisper sweet nonsense to me. He also has to be sweet to my family. Have a good hygiene. A guy that prays and worships God is a turn on for me. When one is down, you need your man to hold your hands and whisper: ’It can only end in praise’. Be spontaneous .Look for ways to surprise me all the time because I love surprises. Give me money, more money and extra money for being beautifully smart”.
On what she would love to change about herself, Agbor said:”I can be a stubborn person. At times, I am unwillingly to accept my wrongs. In my head, I am always right because I am a very sweet person.People are always the problem, not me”.
Going down memory lane, she detailed how acting began for her. “As a child I had always wanted to be in the lime light. I started from school and then proceeded to join the church drama group. The first time I saw a movie set was at an audition I escorted my cousin and I was picked. The director asked me to give it a try. My cousin whom I escorted, didn’t make it. My mum was a firm believer in the popular saying ‘whatever is worthdoing, is worth doing well’. She made me a promise that after graduating from the University,I can attend an acting school to get basic acting knowledge. The guy who helped me buy the form from the Royal Arts Academy, just passed on. May his soul rest in peace. I then relocated to Lagos after graduating from the university. I attended a three months acting course. That’s how it started for me”.
