Nigeria’s controversial actor, Uche Maduagwu has revealed that he makes money appearing in his controversial red bra costume.
Maduagwu took to his Instagram page to share a video of himself rocking his red bra while showing off his dance steps.
Captioning his post, Maduagwu said he makes more money with his controversial red bra than his University degree. He advised his fans to not get discouraged by people’s mockery.
He wrote: I have made more MONEY with my RED BRA than my University Degree has ever given me, my Management said I should not say this, but I make millions wearing this Red Bra, some of you are busy #Laughing and criticizing me while I smile to the BANK every week. Uche Maduguwa organises a solidarity protest to decry ASUU strike in Lekki
Kemi Filani News recalls that Uche Maduagwu organised a solitary protest against the ASUU strike in Lekki, Lagos.
IIn a video shared via his social media platform. The actor, wore a red brassiere, holding a placard to decry the end of the ASSU strike.
He stated that the ongoing strike has become annoying and he urges the federal government to end the strike in order not to degrade educational system.
Court orders ASUU to end 7-month strike
Recalling that National Industrial Court on Wednesday, ordered the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) to call off its ongoing strike.
ASUU declared the strike on February 14 this year and it has lasted for seven months.
The Court in its ruling, invoked section 18 of the Trade Dispute Act and national interest of the Nigerian students to grant the request of the Federal Government for an order of injunction against the lecturers.
Justice Polycap Hamman therefore issued the order for suspension of the strike while ruling in an application filed by the Federal Government asking that the University teachers be compelled to go back to work pending the resolution of their demands for better working conditions.
Uche Maduagwu reveals he was arrested for protesting on bra in Lekki
Kemi Filani News also reported that Uche Maduagwu revealed he was arrested in Lekki on Tuesday, 3rd October, for his solitary protest against the Academic Staff Union of Universities strike.

shared a video on his Instagram page when he staged the solitary protest. However, he dressed unconventionally as a man – he wore a red brassiere, and trousers and held on to a placard that read;
“Dear FG end ASUU strike now. No let our education bend like aunty ble ble bonnnita ikebe”.
In a new development, Maduagwu said he was arrested for protesting and wearing a red brassiere. He further noted that other celebrities are allegedly collecting millions to campaign while he campaigned alone.
