Big Brother Naija shine Ya Eye Former Housemate, KayVee has opened up on his withdrawal from the Big Brother Naija reality show over his mental health.
In an interview with Chude Jideonwu, Kayvee revealed his mental breakdown started when he questioned his fellow housemates about themselves, and they all seemed protective about their identity.
KayVee said he had never been in such a situation and was confused about the things happening in the Biggi house because of self-doubt.
The reality TV star added that if he had someone to talk to while in the house, he probably would have got help but was afraid of breaking down on National TV, hence the reason he opted for withdrawal.
According to Kayvee, being on the Big Brother stage was a big thing for him and a significant accomplishment.
In hiis words: “I was just confused about what was happening, I was doubting myself a whole lot. Is this really me being in the stage? Because it was a big thing for me, being in the Big Brother stage was a big thing for me. It was like a major thing I had accomplished.
“So, by that, I had to deal with myself and had it been that I had someone in the house which I could talk to or that has for instance we were in the house and having a conversation, he/she could have helped me. I was confused, I (didn’t) want to break down on national TV. “But there was nobody.”
