Nollywood actress, Idayat has sent a message to veteran actor, Olaiya Igwe over the hardship in the country.
The movie star, admonished the movie star to use the same strength he used while campaigning for President Tinubu to help in making the country better.
Refreshing your memory, Olaiya Igwe made headlines last year, when he shared a video of himself n**ked praying for BAT. In the clip, Olaiya was standing at a river bank butt n@ked as he prayed to his creator to make Tinubu win the 2023 general election.
In his caption, Olaiya revealed that it was his pleasure to support a candidate who truly reflects our values and highest ideals.
Noting this, Idayat urged him to use the same energy to return to the river and appeal about the hardship in the country.
“The strength that you used to go to the middle of the river n@ked to pray and campaign for President Tinubu, please use the same energy to return to the river and appeal/talk about the hardship in the country”.

Recall that Olaiya Igwe defended his actions with an excuse that, Tinubu’s wife helped him during his trying times.
In a video uploaded by Punch, the actor was seen in a phone conversation, where he addressed the controversial video, recounting how Remi Tinubu took care of him when he was ill and even offered to fly him out of the country for treatment.
In an interview with TVC, ‘Your View’, he revealed that he was commanded to do it spiritually.
According to him, a voice spoke to him while he slept, and told him to prove his love for Asiwaju by going naked and praying for him.
Following this, Olaiya was summoned by The Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners of Nigeria (TAMPAN) and was reportedly facing a disciplinary committee, set up by the association, over the disturbing video.
Actress and TAMPAN executive, Rose Odika, confirmed to Sunday Scoop that Olaiya had been summoned to face a disciplinary panel to explain himself and hadn’t appeared before them.
However, when a correspondent from Scoop reached out to Olaiya, he stated that he was not aware of such a move by TAMPAN.
