Dave Ogbeni, a celebrated and versatile Nollywood actor, has suggested that women should take advantage of International Women’s Day to come clean about any wrongdoing to their husbands.
He took to his Instagram page to encourage women to use the occasion to confess to their husbands if their children were not his.
Advice to Nigerian women. I understand today is international women’s day. While basking in the euphoria of your day, if you know the kids are not him pls use this opportunity to tell him so you can celebrate with a clear conscience, he wrote.
While Dave’s advice may controversial and sensitive, it highlights the importance of addressing uncomfortable truths and dealing with them head-on in marriages.
