Reality TV sensation and former Big Brother Naija contestant, Ike Onyema, has dropped a bombshell about his take on men squatting at a woman’s place.
The revelation came in response to a Twitter user pondering why many men hesitate to spend the night at a woman’s house. The tweet suggested that men might be avoiding scenarios where they’re reminded of the support they received in a relationship.
Ike remarked that one of the major reasons men avoid sleeping in a woman’s house is to avoid her making statements like “I have dated a man I was feeding and taking care of”
Speculation arose as followers drew connections between Ike’s remarks and his past relationship with ex-partner Mercy Eke. During their time in the Big Brother Naija house, Mercy Eke had expressed that she had been the one taking care of Ike Onyema while they were dating and had to even pay him monthly boyfriend allowance.
