Former Big Brother Naija Shine ya eye housemate Michael has opened up on being mentally exhausted after the end of the BBNaija show.
KemifilaniNews recalls that some of the housemates fell sick weeks after the show ended, and some of them have suffered several cyberbullying.
According to the reality tv star, life after the show is overwhelming and has affected his physical and mental state of mind.
In his opinion, handling fame and withstanding pressure from people is exhausting, even though he kept pushing his body and mind to make it work.
Taking to his Instagram page, he revealed that he needed a break and would be out of social media space as he urged his fans, friends and followers to understand his situation kindly.
He wrote:
Haven’t been 100% for a while but I kept pushing my mind & body…. currently mentally & physically exhausted.
Taking a much needed break. Thanks for understanding.
