May Yul Edochie, the first wife of Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has penned appreciation note to all who took out time to celebrate her birthday with her yesterday, September 16, 2022.
The mother of four who is obviously overwhelmed stated that she has never been celebrated in that manner all her life.
Taking to her Instagram page, May Yul Edochie shared a beautiful photo of herself and captioned it, ” Yesterday was a thriller of a movie. I’ve never experienced this kind of celebration in my entire life.The love was massive. A very big thank you to all of you my amazing fam for celebrating me in style. It was a global celebration. Y’all made my day. God bless you all. A birthday celebration of a lifetime. Warning: I’ll be disturbing your timeline.”
Recall that Yul Edochie had spoken out for the first time on his strained relationship with his first wife, May Yul Edochie.
The actor broke the internet when he announced his new marriage to his colleague Judy Austin and the birth of his fifth child, a baby boy who recently clocked one.
Following their secret marriage, Yul’s relationship with his first wife became strained as she stated several times that she wasn’t a party to being in a polygamous marriage especially as a practising Christain.
However, it seems that that’s not the case in reality, as May Edochie and Yul Edochie have reconciled as still living together as one.
The actor made this known while tackling blogger, Linda Ikeji over her report.
Linda had referred to May as an estranged wife which didn’t sit well with the actor.
Correcting her, Yul Edochie stated that though he had lots of respect for the blogger, she should have verified the information before publishing.
Schooling her on what estranged means, Yul added that he and his wife are both living in the same house in their mansion in Ajah.
“Linda you know, I have a lot of respect for you. This your caption no get naa. Estranged wife means a wife who is no longer living with the husband. Both of us are still living in the same house in our mansion in Ajah. So how is she estranged? Peter Obi will always say ‘go and verify’. You didn’t verify this one before writing Linda,” he wrote.
