Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has given an update on DJ Splash, the former in-house DJ to disgraced singer, Naira Marley.
Taking to her Instagram page, she shared a video of the young lad and his mother, as she informed the public that he has fully recovered. She expressed gratitude to God and to all who supported him in prayers and financially.
Noting how it wasn’t an easy journey, she gave all Glory to God and to the doctors who helped with his treatment. She also thanked the anonymous Instagram blog, Gistlover for calling her attention to him.
Iyabo, however, made it known that DJ Splash is still in need of support as she called on people to help him financially.

Kemi Filani reported last year that following the painful death of Naira Marley, Iyabo paid a visit to DJ Splash, where he narrated his ordeals in the hands of Naira Marley and his gang and how he met the singer.
He disclosed how Naira Marley introduced him to a different life and had plotted to make him mad after he informed him of his decision to start singing aside the DJ job.
Refreshing your memory, Mohbad, a former signee of Naira Marley’s record label, tragically passed away at 27 under unclear circumstances on September 12.
When news of his death made rounds, Iyabo Ojo revealed unknown facts about the late singer and apologized to God for always questioning him. The mother of two had even gone as far as promising to believe in and support APC, if they can get justice for the late singer, Mohbad.
Her support for him drew several criticisms and reacting to it, Iyabo boldly declared that she would continue to speak her truth no matter the narrative they draw about her and the hate she receives. She stated that she would rather die a fearless, bold, and courageous woman who speaks & fights for justice for Nigeria to be better.
Recently, she made a pledge to him, vowing that no matter how hard people try, or the distraction/storm that comes their way, she and other concerned citizens will never give up.
