Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has once again indirectly addressed her haters and trolls.
The Queen Mother, as she is fondly known on Instagram, has been facing several backlash, especially with her involvement in the late Mohbad’s death.
In a message to her trolls and haters, Iyabo stated that she can’t be bothered and worried about them when even God isn’t loved 100%.
For her, she will keep doing her, and draw her strength from the Lord and those who truly love her and stay winning.
“No one, not even God, is loved on a 100%
.
So why worry about the haters? Abegi, do you, draw strength from the Lord & those who truly love you & stay winning…. shikena”.
Just a few days back, Iyabo Ojo had addressed the backlash she had received for filming the preparations for Mohbad’s burial.
Iyabo noted how she isn’t perfect, but she would rather die a fearless, bold, and courageous woman who speaks & fights for justice.
The single mother of two boldly declared that she would continue to speak her truth no matter the narrative they draw about her and the hate she receives.
She added that she wants a better Nigeria and a safe environment for her children and that duty starts from her and the public.
Iyabo earned praises this week after a video of Funke Akindele recounting how she had Sikiratu Sindodo fought for her in the Yoruba industry surfaced online.
In the interview, Funke Akindele opened up on how she was being stereotyped because of her physical appearance which many considered ‘ugly’, and was only cast for Waka pass roles.
Luckily for her, Sikiratu Sindodo and Iyabo Ojo stood up and fought the producers for looking down on her. Iyabo even went as far as treating her to eatery foods, anytime she was rejected on set.
