Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo is no doubt stirring drama with her colleague, Lizzy Anjorin as she secures the release of Lizzy’s senior wife, Folasade Olaide, who she arrested.
Kemi Filani reported last year that Adegboyega Lawal, the husband of Lizzy Anjorin had filed a lawsuit against his estranged wife, Folasade Olaide, and the Nigerian police. He accused his estranged wife of harassment, humiliation, spreading falsehood, and abuse on social media.
Lawal had sought a restraining order against her and had demanded the sum of N6 million as damages for the harassment.
Not one to be bullied, his estranged wife filed a countersuit, asking the court to finish his case as it hinders the police from investigating him. She revealed how her husband got remarried and absconded from their marital home in Lagos and abandoned her and their children.
She said she got wind of his affair with Lizzy Anjorin and they had launched an attack on her and her children on various social media platforms. She further alleged that her husband through his new wife, Lizzy had laid several threats on her.
Following this, Lizzy has fused her power to order for arrest, which Iyabo Ojo has interfered in and sought her release.
In a video making rounds online, Fola could be seen in tears as she knelt to appreciate Iyabo for securing her bail.
The sweet gesture has left many praising the actress, who is considered as the Queen Mother.

Kemi Filani reported some weeks back that Iyabo had threatened legal action against Lizzy for defaming her in public. Lizzy had accused Iyabo and her lover, Paulo Okoye of killing Mohbad and had claimed that Iyabo had dated Naira Marley. She further accused Iyabo of being the brain behind the anonymous blog, Gistlover, of being promiscuous and of engaging in a threesome with a rich politician.
Following her allegations, Iyabo through her lawyers had ordered Lizzy to tender a public apology to the actress or risk paying N500 million for her libelous publication and had given her an ultimatum.
Before the lawsuit, Iyabo had called out Lizzy for calling her the name “Sepeteri”, and Lizzy had proceeded to give her other names.
Iyabo Ojo had previously taken to her social media to address Lizzy stating that the name “Sepeteri” is not really her name and that if someone wanted to address her, the person should be able to face her to do it. Responding to her, Lizzy gave her other “befitting names”, as she told her fans and followers to help her pick another name for Iyabo while giving them a long list to choose from.
Recall that some months back, Ojo and Anjorin had also resorted to their respective social media platforms to shade each other consistently.
Iyabo Ojo had shared a video where she was mimicking and mocking Lizzy Anjorin humorously. Lizzy, obviously offended by this went on to reveal some intimate details about Iyabo Ojo spilling dirt on her. She accused Iyabo Ojo of promiscuity saying that she had slept with a lot of countless rich men for money.
She even went as far as revealing that Iyabo Ojo had even engaged in a threesome with a rich politician.
