Jasmine Okafor, the adopted daughter of veteran actor, John Okafor better known as Mr Ibu, has sent a message to social media judges.
Last week, the Nigerian police had arrested her and one of Mr Ibu’s sons, Daniel Onyeabuchi for allegedly defrauding the actor of the sum of N55 million.
The investigation unearthed text messages via WhatsApp between Jasmine and Daniel detailing how they conspired and hatched their criminal plans. It was also exposed that the two had a sham marriage at the Ikoyi Magistrate Registry with plans to escape from the country to the UK where they intended to settle with their proceeds of crime.
Jasmine had reacted to the news via a blog’s comment section, sarcastically stating that the figures she had been accused of were wrong as she had stolen 1 billion, and was responding live from Kiri Kiri prison.
Taking to her Instagram page minutes ago, Jasmine announced to social media judges and magistrates that are comment section was now open to them.
“Dear Social media judges are magistrates, comment section is open for you as usual…..”.

As expected, many flooded her comment section with hateful comments.
One Nofa King wrote, “Ur conscience just dey judge u
One Innocent wrote, “Instead of u to clear ur name from all these allegations u are here chasing clout.
One Gachy Cosmetics wrote, “Instead of you to give a good statement to clear ur name, you are here writing nonsense. That means everything said about you is true
One V Pretty wrote, “Mr Ibu’s 60 million nairas at work. We dey see u ooo. You’re doing well”.
Early this year, Kemi Filani reported that Jasmine and Mr Ibu’s son had been rearrested by the police and locked up in the cell awaiting court charges.
Information that reached Kemi Filani had it that they would be charged to court on Thursday, January 18th for refusing to release and hand over everything including social media accounts to his wife, Stella Maris.
The reports also stated that the ailing actor was recuperating and had ordered his possessions to be handed to his wife.
Jasmine, who had been inactive on social media, shut down the report as she shared a video of her and actor, Deyemi Okanlawon having a swell time.
