In a recent development, actress Jemima Osunde has defended Dunamis pastor, Pastor Paul Enemche, following a viral video of him publicly embarrassing one of his members.
Recall that yesterday, this viral video had emerged online which saw Pastor Paul castigating a woman over her testimony. While sharing her testimony in the church, Pastor Paul interrupted her and expressed that her testimony was a lie.
This was because she had expressed that she had gotten a Bachelor of Science in Law. He revealed that there was no Bachelor of Science in Law. He further went on to express that she could not speak good English and that lawyers are meant to speak well
He also warned his church members on coming on the altar to tell a false testimony. Jemima took to Twitter to express that Pastor Paul is human. She further stated that if somebody was to lie unprovoked, as a human being, you’re naturally supposed to be annoyed
She shared an humorous laughing emoji which showed the fact that she found the entire video to be humorous. She also questioned what would make a person decide to give the church a false testimony.
However, netizens have slammed her for her reaction, especially in the light of new evidence that shows that the woman in question was not telling a lie.
A new evidence came out late yesterday evening which shows the woman in a graduation gown. Also, her name was also listed in the names of people who graduated, cementing the fact that she was in fact a law graduate.
Netizens have since called out Jemima for her commentary and her defense of Pastor Paul Enenche. They also stated that the entire ordeal was extremely embarrassing for the woman.
