Uche Maduagwu, the controversial Nollywood actor, has reached out to Annie Idibia, his colleague and wife, a prominent Nigerian musician known as 2baba.
Annie used her Instagram stories to call out her spouse and his family in the late hours of yesterday. She accused him of staying in the same house as his ex-girlfriend and babymama, Pero, and said that his family had never liked her.
In the midst of the marital crisis, Uche has resorted to social media to urge Annie to remain strong.
He claims is happy because she came out with the truth and he supports her and he is delighted that she had the bravery to speak up regardless of the society’s reaction.
“Dear Annie, you have inspired thousands of Nigerian women with your great COURAGE, every strong woman knows e no easy. The society we live in expect women to stay silent even when they are not 100% happy. As a friend and colleague, I stand with you, will call later.
“Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. Finally, jesus gave you the spiritual strength and courage to speak out, those close to you knows you do not bring your private matter out on social media but even jesus understands you don TIRED spiritually, before you criticize Annie, listen to her PAINS, sometimes NA makeup dey cover our broken hearts.” He wrote.
