Nigerian movie director and former singer, Abdulrasheed Bello better known by his stage name JJC Skillz, has left many talking as he unveiled his new project with estranged wife, Funke Akindele.
It is no longer that Funke Akindele and JJC Skillz have separated after 7 years of marriage and according to reports the singer has moved on and remarried. Since their separation, the former couple has embarked on solo projects with Funke Akindele stripping ‘Bello’ from all of her projects.
It came as a surprise to many when JJC Skillz took to his Instagram page to tease his latest project with his estranged wife.
Unveiling their new movie, he made it known that he directed it alongside his wife.
“SHE and SHE Must be OBEYED!”.
Earlier on, Funke Akindele had also teased the project, but the mother of two excluded her ex from it.
Sharing a teaser of her new movie titled, She Must Be Obeyed, Funke gave fans a glimpse at her new character, where she would be playing the role of a singer.
Funke declared herself the hottest female music artist as she set to give Tiwa Sàvage, Simi, and others a run for their money.
Taking to JJC Skillz’s comment section, many questioned if the couple were back together.

Last year, JJC shocked the world when he announced the end of his 7-year-old union to the mother of his twins, Funke Akindele.
He admitted that the marriage had been having issues for the past two years, as he revealed that the actress asked him to leave her house and refused any form of amicable communication with him.
Barely a year after the divorce, rumors made rounds that JJC Skillz had allegedly gotten married to an Ebira woman, identified as Falilat Raji.
Reports claimed that the private wedding was held on the 10th of February, 2023, in Kano state, and had only family and friends in attendance.
Photos from the intimate ceremony made rounds online, further confirming the rumors. His sudden wedding had led Funke Akindele to unfollow him on Instagram.
