Emmanuel Obasi, the ex-husband of Nollywood actress and wife of Yul Edochie, Judy Austin, has revealed a bombshell about the couple.
In a video making rounds online, the first husband of the acres claimed that Yul was sleeping with Judy Austin while she was under his roof. According to him, he was still married to Judy when she started her affair with Yul Edochie and moved in with him to her family house. Obasi revealed that Judy’s family openly accepted the actor despite she was still married to him.
“The family accepted her and Yul. She was under my umbrella but was moving with Yul to their family house and they accepted them. A married woman. She is now putting difficulty in my life. She told me she would frustrate me with these children”.
In another video, Obasi had cried out to Nigerians for help over custody of his kids as he claimed that he hadn’t seen his kids in over ten years and that the actress was frustrating his life with them because she knew he loved them.
He further claimed that Judy had abandoned the kids to focus on her children with her now husband, Yul Edochie and this has left him worried about their well-being and upbringing. Narrating his plight, he called on Nigerians to help me get custody of his kids as they mean the world to him.
Recall that in 2022, Mr Obasi revealed that at 29, he married Judy, who was 19 then, and they welcomed two beautiful children. He disclosed how he spent heavily on Judy so she could have a degree, yet she abandoned him for Yul, who she started dating in 2012 while still married to him.
He further claimed that Judy packed out of their house with the kids after he refused to buy her a house in Enugu. Though he reported the incident to her parents, they made no budge and Judy has since cut him off from their kids.
It is no longer news that Judy Austin was thrown into the spotlight after her affair and marriage to Yul Edochie, who was at the time married to May Edochie, the mother of his four kids. Their affair led to Yul’s crashed marriage as his estranged wife filed for divorce from him, demanding N100 million from Judy.
Last year, Judy Austin shed light on how she met her Yul Edochie, claiming she met Yul years after her first marriage was dissolved in 2013. She also shut down the reports that circulated about her cheating on her former husband.
Yul and Judy have since started their own family and are blessed with two sons, Star Dikeh and Pete Ndubuisi Yul Edochie.
