Nollywood actress, Judy Austin has joined her husband, Yul Edochie in celebrating her father-in-law, Pete Edochie, who bagged two Doctorate degrees in one day.
Sharing a photo of him on his graduation robe, Judy hailed him for being the Lion of Africa.
She noted how the legendary actor deserves the recognition and award as she prayed for long life and more blessings.

Earlier on, her husband, Yul Edochie had poured praises on his father, celebrating his double win.
Calling him the Lion of Africa, he described his father as his man for life as he noted how he deserved the recognition and award and prayed for more blessings.
Pete Edochie bags Doctorate degree
Kemi Filani reported that Pete Edochie had achieved a remarkable milestone in his career as he was honored with two doctorate degrees and a lifetime achievement award from Togo University, ISTM.
Edochie was honored with a doctorate degree in Literature, another doctorate degree in Arts, and a lifetime achievement award by the International School of Technology and Management, ISTM University, Togo.
In a video captured online, the representatives from the University paid a visit to the legend at his home, to decorate him and to present the award plaque and certificates to him.
The honor was given to the veteran for his artistic involvement and grooming in the Nigerian creative industry.
Judy’s praises on Pete Edochie is coming as a surprise as days back, she had taken down her birthday posts for him following his recent interview when he distanced himself from her marriage to his son, Yul.

In an interview with Chude Jideonwo, Pete affirmed that he was never aware that Yul had taken a second wife.
Addressing the issue in Igbo parables, he said “Since Yul has decided to bring in a foreign and infested woman into the family, he has invited all the lows, backwardness, pain, insults and so on in this life.
The veteran, went on to praise May Edochie and spoke about his love for her.
