Nollywood actor and movie producer, Junior Pope Odonwodo, made money rain at an Asaba cinema as he celebrated his birthday on Sunday.
Taking to his Instagram page, Junior Pope shared a video of him dashing out money to the staff for beautifully celebrating his birthday.
According to him, the staff of Cartege cinema celebrated him after a sold-out movie and he decided to reciprocate their love by dashing them money.
The movie star stated that he was left humbled by their action.
“When the money is HONEY, it’s HONEY MONEY…. SOLD OUT. The staff of Cartege cinema celebrating me on my birthday yesterday MAY 7. I am so humbled swagnation. Who am I?”.
Junior Pope reveals the sacrificial promise he made for his fans before becoming a celebrity
Early this year, Junior Pope revealed the promise he made to his fans before he gain prominence in Nollywood.
Recounting his pre-fame era and his early career days, Junior Pope revealed that he had to go through the eye of a needle to take pictures with celebrities of his time. Rather than follow their treads, Junior Pope vowed to himself, to never put his fans and lovers through the stress.
Keeping to his words, the movie star shared a video of him taking pictures with his fans, with the caption,
“When we came to Nollywood. Before a celebrity gives his/her consent for a picture to be taken was like a carmel going through the eye of a needle…. I vowed that once I become a celebrity I will not hesitate to take pictures whenever asked… This is me keeping to my promise…”.

A Nigerian lady had gone the extra mile to get her body inked, to prove her love for Junior Pope.
The lady tattooed the actor’s full name and his family nickname, ‘Swagnation’.

Sharing photos and videos of her new ink, she affirmed her love for the actor and his family.
Reacting to it, Junior Pope expressed excitement at the honor.
Appreciating her, he wrote,
