Apparently only a few members of the Yoruba genre showed love to actress Kemi Afolabi during her health crisis lats year and trauma early this year.
Kemi Filani recalls she battled an incurable disease that made her sell her properties and prepare for death.
Afolabi also disclosed her battle with some armed robbers that attacked her and her driver while returning from a movie set while in traffic early this year.
In all of the trying periods, only about 7 members of the industry checked up on her and they include, Odunlade Adekola, Mercy Aigbe and Bimbo Afolayan. Interestingly her best pal, Laide Bakare didn’t make the list.
Sharing a video of a collage of photos of those that checked up on her on Instagram moments ago, Kemi Afolabi wrote “Wowed by y’all doing EXTRA. You did not only come all the way to my home, cash, provisions and gift was excess.

The love has been massaive since I shared the change in my health status. Everyone tried to reach out to me by every means possible, worried, concerned, celebrated me, calls, messages of prayers and shared even their own health journey to motivate me.
