Nollywood actress, Oloruntimilehin Bosede Bukola better known as Kiitan Bukola has left many questioning her after she publicly denied owning the multimillion naira property destroyed by the government months back.
Kemi Filani reported in October that following the demolition of properties in Lekki by the Lagos State government, Kiitan had cried out.
A mentally drained Kiitan shared a video of her looking devastated as she revealed that Nigeria had finally happened to her.
Her senior colleague, Iyabo Ojo has even reacted to the devastating news and has offered her accommodation.
Now the movie star is denying owning the property destroyed during the demolition. She denied it in an interview with Debbie Shokoya, where she pointed out how she never said the property was hers.
According to her, she only said Nigeria has happened to her, which meant she was feeling the pains of others and besides, she only made up the post so she could take time away from her busy work schedule.
“First of all the video I posted did I say a word in it? I never said I bought a house N500million. I only said Nigeria has happened to me, demolition. I never said the house was mine. If the house was mine, would people not close to me know? You don’t know what I have or don’t have. I posted the video so that people that I had worked for, would know that I was going through a tough time”.
The movie star’s statement didn’t sit well with many who slammed her for misleading her fans and lovers.

Months back, Kiitan had slammed a troll who accused her of staging helpless women for fundraising.
This happened after Kiitan Bukola shared a post she saw online about netizens trolling a lady who claimed she was raped and left with a baby. Kiitan shared this information online and solicited help from her fans and followers to support Blessing and her baby.
This move did not sit well with a troll who accused the actress of conniving with Blessing Nmachikwu to defraud her fans and Kiitan hit back at the troll with curses as she shared receipt of the money she sent to the lady.
Recently, Kiitan revealed one of her biggest traits, which is self-isolation. According to her, when she is going through something, she tends to stop talking to everyone until she is okay.
She stated that when she feels better, she starts communicating again like nothing happened. However, many think she is off with them, meanwhile, she is just dealing with things herself, which she thinks is best.
She noted how people see it as pride but for her, self-isolation has always worked out.
